The 25YA initiative connects different Schools, Classmates, Schoolmates and Friends to work, compete and succeed together.
10 SUCCESSES
Every year, we select ten (10) trending disciplines in which those who graduated from secondary / high school from different alma matters at least 25 years ago will compete with project proposals. This seeks to provide a positive side to the rivalry amongst schools which has always been a breeding ground for excellence.
25 SOCIALS
We seek to encourage healthy debates on hot social topics in a bid to find balanced opinions which will go a long way to sensitize and educate communities, promote social activities geared towards improving the entertainment alongside business atmosphere thereby creating the much-needed work-life balance.
These social activities will be a replica of the school day Booms, OSUCS, Njangaline, Lavoir, House Feasts and many more.
INVESTMENT
From the 10 SUCCESSES concept, the best project ideas will be presented to potential sponsors and partners for implementation. The encouragement of mentor-mentee relationships will serve as a form of human capital investment required in grooming the younger generation alongside coaching and funding business projects.
TWENTY-FIVE EXCELLENCE AWARD
An award of excellence will celebrate and honour the inspirational achievements of exceptional businesses and individuals from the Cameroonian Anglo-Saxon educational background throughout the globe. The Awards give participants new opportunities to expand their horizons by generating exposure and building stronger networks. Importantly, Twenty-Five Excellence Awards entrants are provided the chance to strategically review their operations, benchmark against others and identify areas for improvement and future growth. The younger generation will equally look up to accomplished seniors as legends in their own right with great pride and cherish the legacy of belonging to the same institution.
